OVERVIEW: MSW Properties is a small, family run management company looking to hire a dependable, skilled, and friendly part time Maintenance Manager to help take care of our 20-unit apartment building. The position would require a visit to the property roughly once a week for roughly 2 hours to take care of regular property maintenance, tenant requests, and emergency requests. The position will start out at $12-$18/hr, depending on qualifications. Also, there will be an opportunity for bonus based on quality and promptness of work, tenant & owner satisfaction, and staying within budget.
